By forcing water upward of 60,000 PSI, mixed with an abrasive, through a very small orifice, an intense cutting stream is created and utilized as an efficient method of cold processing materials. Fiber-reinforced, reflective and coated materials as well as uneven and stacked layers can be processed with abrasive waterjet cutting.
Laser Cutting Northwest's three newly added ultra high precision waterjet machines can process parts up to 8' x 14' in size with tolerances of +/- 0.001". Our multiple head cutting capability offers our customers with the best prices because of increased throughput.
